A Case of Right Subclavian Steal Syndrome

Abstract

|
A 66 year old man with history of dizziness and occasional headache for a month was found to have right subclavian steal syndrome confirmed by angiogram. Right radial pulse is very weak. Blood pressure on left is 130/7OmmHg and on right 70/50. Marked Bruits are audible on right side of neck and shoulder area.
